I. What are the prices referred to?
The prices of all lingerie items are listed Exclusive of VAT (20%).
The VAT amount for UK businesses will be added to the invoice.
From the 4th of January 2011 the VAT for UK customers increased
to 20%.
You will be able to claim your VAT back, through the VAT return system.
PayPal charges fee of 3.4% will be added to your invoice.
All prices are NET.
For International Customers/Businesses
Prices from this category are exclusive of VAT and are subject to
change without notice.
PayPal charges fee of 3.9% will be added to your invoice
(Cross-border transaction fees). All prices are NET.
They do not include any local Taxes, Custom Duties and Excise or
Shipping Fees.
Local taxes and Custom Duties and Excise vary between countries,
therefore automatic processing is not possible.
If due , they must be cleared by you (usually on behalf of the
international courier delivering the goods).
The shipment fee it will be forwarded to you prior delivery, after all items
will be packed and weighted.
II. How do I make an order?
An order can be placed by email specifying your name, Company name,
address, VAT Registration Number if available, the item code number,
size, colour and quantity requested (at least 3 - three items).
To place an order with Mystique Lingerie UK you have to opt for at
least 3 (three) items from the same size and colour.
(Ex.: two piece swimsuit size 36C colour white 3 items; two piece
swimsuit size 36D colour black 3 items, bra size 40B colour beige 3
items; body size 38D colour white 3 items, bra set size 38C colour
black 3 items etc.)
Mystique Lingerie UK offers three major collections:
•Permanent/Casual - is available throughout the year.
•Luxurious/Seasonal - is an exclusive and limited collection and orders
can be placed only twice a year: in spring for the Autumn-Winter
Collection and in autumn for the Spring-Summer and Swimwear Collections.
•Swimwear - orders can be placed only in autumn for the next year collection.
(Orders can not be re-submitted after the closing dates.)
The benefits of working with Mystique Lingerie UK are numerous:
Provides a permanent collection, which is available throughout the year.
All orders from the Permanent Collection will be ready for delivery from
Jolidon Designer within 20-30 business days of receipt of your order.
Please allow another 7-10 business days for the goods to reach us and than your
destination.
The seasonal, luxurious collection is divided over the year in :
•Autumn-Winter (orders submittion from March - April / delivery to be
expected in October - November);
•Spring-Summer (orders submittion in August - September / delivery to be
expected in January - March);
•Swimwear (orders submittion in August - September / delivery to be
expected in January - March);
III. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order only if Mystique Lingerie UK have not confirmed
your order.
Delays regarding delivery dates and time might occur from Jolidon Designer.
This it might happen due to delays from their Italian & French suppliers.
Mystique Lingerie UK does not take any liability if or when delays occur.
IV. Payment
PayPal:
Mystique Lingerie UK accepts PayPal. Mystique Lingerie UK is a PayPal
verified Business Account.
Payment is required prior an order being processed and submitted in GBP
(British Sterling Pound) funds.
For UK customers the shipping fees are an added cost and calculated
prior delivery based on weight of box and your location.
For UK customers there will be a PayPal fee on 3.4% from your total order
value, which will be added to your invoice.
For International/Overseas customers there will be a PayPal fee on 3.9%
from your total ordervalue, which will be added to your invoice.
This amount will be added to your invoice and emailed for the balance to
be paid via Paypal.
For International shipments, shipping costs are calculated upon order
completion based on weight and country location.
This amount will be added to your invoice and emailed for the balance due
via Paypal.
When paying using PayPal pay in GBP funds using the account
A payment confirmation will be emailed to you via PayPal.
V. Shipment
The shipment fee it will be forwarded to you prior delivery, after all items
will be packed and weighted.
After you will honour the shipping fee in full, we will dispatch your
merchandise.
Shipping fee: approximately 10-14% from your order value (fee vary
/without packaging).
VI. Delivery ways and time
Delivery in UK is effected by Royal Mail or Parcel Force/FedEx.
The intercontinental carrier for Parcel Force is FedEx.
Delivery outside UK is effected using Parcel Force.
(The above tariff prices do not include the compensation for loss, damage
or delay.
They will be added to your total shipping fee, according with your order value.)
The above specifications regarding delivery ways and time does apply to
private or business customers.
VII. How are we packing the articles?
Each article we trade comes with a semi-rigid box with the photo of the
article on it.
In case of internal / international shipments (extra-Europe) or large volume
we will reduce the volume of the goods taking them off the boxes and put
them on the bottom of the parcel in order to reduce the shipping cost.
If you would like to receive your items without the boxes, please let us
know at the time of your order submittion.
VIII. Returns and Exchanges
All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defects, unless
otherwise stated, (i.e., irregulars, defectives, etc.).
Damage due to excessive wear, improper care, or prolonged display will
not be considered for credit.
Returns are for merchandise credit only and will be held on account.
The only exception and justification for return of merchandise is:
1.) Defective merchandise.
2.) Substitution of styles or colors by manufacturer error.
3.) Delivery of merchandise after confirmed cancellation date without
buyers extension.
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from
Mystique Lingerie UK.
No returns or exchanges will be allowed for any item viewed as worn,
showing dirt, original tags removed or removed from the original
packaging.
For any order cancelled after already processed or shipment returned
without prior written authorization or for no reason other than a packing
error or proven defective goods, a 20% restocking fee will be imposed,
less processing fees incurred by Paypal and the balance held for store
merchandise credit only.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and shipped back at customers
expense.
All claims must be made and received within 3 days of receipt of
merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
IX. Privacy
Mystique Lingerie UK is committed to comply with the Data Protection
Act 1998. We have published this guide to help you understand how
and why we collect information from you,to whom such information is
disclosed and what your rights are.
However, when you register with you will be asked to provide certain
information about yourself.
What information do we collect and how do we obtain it?
If you register with us you will be asked to provide certain information
such as yourname, address, telephone number and email address so
that we can process and fulfil your order,notify you of your order status
and inform you of special offers and promotions.
How do we use your information?
We use the information that we collect about you to:
-process your orders
-administer this website
-monitor customer, traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop and
improve the design and layout of the site
-notify you about enhancement to our services, such as changes to the
website, newservices and special offers that may be of interest.
